In accordance with what is set out in the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD) [Organic Law 15/1999 of Protection of Data of a Personal Nature] and its development regulations, the person responsible for the website, in compliance with what is set out in articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD, informs all users of the website that may provide or may intend to provide their personal data that these data will be included in an automated file which is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Data collected by CEYS
Data collection is carried out in order to improve the services that we offer to all of our users.
Data collection is carried out in two ways:

2. Data obtained through the use of our services: We can collect data regarding which services you use and how you use them, for example, when you visit the website of one of our products or how you engage with our content. These data include:

How CEYS uses the collected data

The website uses security of information tools which are generally accepted by the industry, such as firewalls, control of access procedures and cryptographic mechanisms; all with the aim of avoiding unauthorised access to data. To achieve these ends, the user/client accepts that CEYS obtains data to effectuate the corresponding authentication of control of access.
2. We urge you not to include high-level personal data in your curriculum (health status, ideology...) Curricula which contain this type of information will not be handled and will be destroyed.
3. Sending of marketing and sales communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media networks or any other physical or electronic media, present or future, which could be used for sales communication. Said sales communications will relate to products or services offered by CEYS and by any collaborators or partners with whom CEYS has reached an agreement regarding commercial promotion between clients. In this case, the third parties will never have access to personal data. In all cases, the sales communications will be carried out by CEYS and will refer to related products and services.

III. USE OF CONTENTS AND SERVICES
The user is obliged to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with the Law, the present Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, public order and decency. In the same way, the user is obliged not to use the website or services offered through the website with effects or intentions that are illicit or contrary to the content of the present document, harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that could in any way damage, disable or deteriorate the website or its services or impede normal enjoyment of the website by other users.

CEYS does not extend any type of licence or authorisation for personal use to the user regarding intellectual and industrial copyright or any other right relating to the website and the services offered within the same. Through this, the user recognises that the reproduction, distribution, commercialisation, transformation and, in general, any other form of exploitation, by any method, of all or part of the contents of this website constitutes a violation of the intellectual and/or industrial copyright of CEYS or of the owner of the same.
VI. SOCIAL MEDIA
CEYS may be present in social media such as Facebook or Twitter through the creation of official profiles/pages belonging to CEYS or other registered trademarks owned by CEYS. The use of data of users that become followers of said official profiles/pages will be governed: i) by the privacy policy and conditions of use which are specifically outlined in the profile/page created by CEYS, S.A., ii) by the conditions set out in the present Legal Notice and Privacy Policy and iii) by the privacy policy and conditions of use set out by the social media networks themselves. In the case of any conflict, the specific rules established by the official profile/page of CEYS will take precedence and, in the absence of these, by the conditions outlined here.
CEYS will handle the data of users that become followers or fans of any of its profiles/pages with the intention of correctly administering the same, getting to know users’ opinions and/or comments as well as informing them of and allowing them to participate in the different competitions, promotions and/or events that the company may provide and that the user may participate in. In becoming a fan or follower of the profile, the user gives consent for their data to be handled within the environment of the social media network in accordance with the privacy policies established within the same, and gives consent for CEYS to access the data contained in the list of fans or followers according to the previously-mentioned terms.
CEYS will be authorised to remove from the profile/page any information that goes against the rules established within the general conditions of use of the social network as well as information which goes against what is set out in this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
The user may exert his or her rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose, at any time, following the method described in article II regarding Data Protection and sending of sales communications. In all cases, the user is entitled to stop being a follower of the official page on the social network following the steps indicated in the conditions of use of that social network, without CEYS being able to intervene in said process. Likewise, it must be remembered that any modification or rectification of the user's data must be made through the configuration of the user, and this may not be carried out by CEYS.
